In the event of termination for cause, bingo12 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any winnings derived from prohibited activity.
bingo12 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingo12 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit to your bingo12 account. bingo12 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within one (1) hour under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. bingo12 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the bingo12 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bingo12 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
bingo12 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. bingo12 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law.

bingo12's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingo12 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bingo12 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bingo12 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bingo12's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
